You have 30 days to communicate with us via the Web boutique, so we can discuss about the best option for you. Your request will be process in 5 business days delay. If your item is defective you will have to provide picture as a proof.

Policy for the online return

  • If you choose the wrong size, you can return the item at your charge and we will ship back the right one for you at our charge.
  • If the item is defective, send us back the item and you could choose to get a credit note, a exchange or a refund. *please note that the refund will only cover the price of the return item, including the taxes*

  • You disposed of 30 days after you received your parcel to process your return by mail or in store.
  • All the tags must still be attach to the item, it should not had been worn, not washed, not damaged and it must be in its original condition.
  • For all return or exchange by mail, the shipment back to us is at your charge.
  • It is your responsibility to ship it back in a secure wrapping, if not we keep the right to refuse to process your request.
  • Please not that if a mistake occur in our inventory and we do not have the item in stock, a automatic and full refund will be process. You will be notice by email.

 

How to do the return by mail

 

  • After we accused you request and that you received a confirmation email from us, you can simply go to your local post office and proceed with them. We suggest you a strong wrapping to make sure the item that you return won’t be damage, and tracking number.  Please remember that the shipment back to the boutique is at your charge.
