Returns Policy for Online Purchases
If the product you ordered is not suitable, you must contact us within 15 days of receiving your package. You can write to us via our website, Facebook messenger or by email or even come directly to the store.
If the size is not suitable, you can return the item, but you will have to pay the postage. We can exchange it or make a credit note. Exceptionally, if the item is defective, it will be possible to obtain a refund.
The tags should still be attached to the garment. The latter must not have been worn or washed.
It should be noted that in the event of an error on our part and the item ordered is not available, you will be entitled to an automatic and full refund. We will notify you by email.

When returning to the store
You have 15 days to come to the store to make an exchange or a credit note.
If the item is defective, you will be able to choose between a credit note, an exchange, or a refund.
